We are an online business and do not have a storefront. You can find us on Instagram @simmikishoreofficial and keep your eye out for our pop ups!

Where are you based?
Our home base is in Toronto, Canada, where all the items are shipped from.

What size should I purchase?
Please see our sizing chart under the sizing tab. Most of our pieces are true to size. If you are between sizes or unsure, we recommend purchasing a size up and having it altered to desired fit.

Do you customize outfits?
Unfortunately, we do not take custom design orders at this time.

Where do you ship to?
Currently we ship within Canada and the USA

When will I receive my order?
Please note that each individual product has its own production timeline listed in the product description. Most of our pieces will ship from our end within 2-3 weeks. Add this to the delivery time. 

What is your return policy?
Due to the 'made to order' nature of our products, we cannot offer returns or exchanges. All sales are final.
